Didn’t like the quality much

The worst kind of customer service I have ever seen. I got a damaged product and I didn’t even get my refund yet. Have been chasing the customer service agent daily with no answers! THEY MAKE EXCUSES EVERY SINGLE TIME ! Filing a legal complaint tomorrow if I don’t get my refund by tomorrow. I AM A LAWYER AND I WILL GLADY SUE YOUR COMPANY!Pathetic website !!

easy to use web good collection.

Ordered a sharara suit. Wanted to video call first before the order was processed. Everytime I asked about the order, I was told that the order was under soothing. Shipment was promised between 10 to 12 business days. After inquiring for several days and wanting to see the product before Shipment. I was told that the order is shipped and they will not be able to show me the end result. I asked the Customer service that what if I didn't like the outfit and if there is something wrong with it. I was sent there refund description by them. When I received the outfit. It is mo where near the outfit it shows on there website. Totally different colors and cheap materials. When inquiring, I was told the colors match and they will not be able to refund. I wish I could post the pictures so everyone can see. Will never recommend someone to order from there. If you want your money's worth, never go towards them. They are a big scamers!

The saree quality was best , as shown online. Shipping and updates were all excellent and efficient.

The delivery time is very high. Otherwise they are providing good choice of sarees and suits.

Arpita connected with me immediately and sent various options to me that are shippable. She was very helpful with video calls to show actual design. On further request she expedited the process and had the Saree delivered to me in a week. She is extremely helpful. The quality of saree is amazing. Very happy

I order one outfit from Ashopalav and it’s damm so good, perfect outfit perfect measurements and everything it’s worth to spend your money one Ashopalav. Also, they have best customer team they are back forth making sure with my measurements and if they have any doubts about my measurements they gave me some suggestions etc… I would say no doubt to spend your money 100 on 100 ❤️

Great customer service, fabric quality and design.

I have been working with Arpita Pathak to buy my outfits for the second time now. She is excellent. Showed me outfits meticulously on the video camera. Double checked my size and sent my outfits . On receiving the outfits, the color, style ,quality were perfect.
