Shipping and site I give 5, but craftsmanship I give 2 the stitching was poor and even though I bought 2 sizes up it was still too tight and didn’t fit. Maybe the higher priced items more care and time is put in I don’t know, but not something I want purchase again. I gave the koty to my mother in law as it did NOT FIT the dress I’m keeping but need to figure out a koty for it.

Malaika was very responsive and amazing to work with. We had some last minute shopping and she helped with it same day and got the outfits to us in a timely manner. Great experience!

I found a huge difference in the comparison of product with the image vs the actual. The stitch quality of the work on the fabric was really poor. Moreover the hand and arm does not have a margin.
