I had ordered a saari for my mother 8 days back but I have yet not received any reply of the confirmation of my order on mail. I do not know any status of my order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF WORKING of SAARI.COM I did what you told in your reply and it shows its under procurement (order no 100003453). How much more time would it take for it to get delivered?

Silk quality could be better. Saree length could be more. Everything else is nice.

Good fit, on-time delivery.

I am not happy with the product. The lehenga i ordered is not same as it was shown in the picture. Which is very disappointed. The most important thing is that when i paid for the product i paid $140.36 which is in indian rupees 6680.19/- but when i got the product it was so shocking for me the product prize tag is 1500/- on the billing paper. That means the product price is 1500 rupees and the product quality is look like lowest price but they took 6680.19 rupees.

Very much delay in sending the ordered item

We order first and it was cancelled without any notice. We have reorder and now it is not delivered. Waiting...

I have shopped at this store in person and was excited to find out about this website. The quality and price of the outfits that i bought were very good, the shipping and the amount of interaction that I got was wonderful - I was notified when each item shipped (it was a large order) and i knew when everything was coming. The items came and I am so excited to wear them for my sister-in-law's wedding in a few weeks!!

I have requested the sizes of the blouses to be adjusted and they have taken care of that, the stitching and finish of the suits are excellent.

I have ordered twice via this site,they have the best collections and the customer service is superb,all in all I am very happy with products 😀 Will highly recommend buying from this site and will be buying more stuff.

WORST company and WORST customer service. I ordered an outfit and their measurements are confusing. The pants came long and top too short. A better company would contact you in the sales process and confirm this discrepancy before shipping it to you and not providing any further help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst experience ever.

Before I ordered my saree I was guaranteed by a Customer Executive at saree.com over email that there were 10 more of the same saree available and they could be delivered within 2 weeks. However when I tried to order 10 more, I was then told a week after ordering them that the sarees were not available. This not only was the complete opposite to what I had been told over email but now left us 11 bridesmaids without sarees for the wedding. I called several times to find out what had happened and was condescendingly told that this was not their issue and was not even given an apology. I offered to send the saree back for a refund but that said that the best they could offer me was a refund of 20% of my total spend. I am extremely unhappy with the way that saree.com have acted and the fact that they have taken no responsibility for leaving 11 bridesmaids without sarees for the wedding.

At first I was worried that the items I would receive would be different to the photos however I was pleasantly surprised that they were even better then the photos online!
