I ordered my package on the 2nd of December as a Christmas present for my brother. After the package didn’t show up I emailed them on multiple occasions to give me any update and no reply. Now I’ve wasted my money and my brother doesn’t get a Christmas present. Cheers

UPDATE: it has now been 26 days with no update to where my package is or when I will get it. I also emailed auto mega store and I never received a response. I had to follow up the dispatch of my item. But the reply was prompt. The courier service they use is terrible. I still don’t have my package after 17days And they won’t reply to me with an update as to an ETA or package whereabouts.

Still haven’t got my order, ordered items from other stores on a similar date and they have arrived already.
