Ordered some stuff the Friday before last its been over a week now still nothing was told only takes 5 business days i would of got it expressed if i knew fast track had the package as i can't even track where it is whats the point of having a tracking number you cant track? i know its not you guys but there are giving you a bad name

The only complaint is Your choice of courier. Order a week overdue, and a courier backlog in NSW. Second time this has happened. Not kept up to date on progress.

I still haven’t received it yet after 7 days. Must be on a donkey to take that long on Fastway Couriers. I would suggest using a different courier, they have been showing it in transit from Adelaide to Toowoomba for the whole time. Now they have removed the estimated delivery date as it has now passed.
