Ordered based on a search for a part and the item was not correct. Contacted to return as obviously not fit for the purpose and was told basically too bad we don't refund, apparently, it would cost more than the item is worth. Surely that is not the point, I am the customer. Be very careful using this company unless you are absolutely sure it's what you want.
