I accidentally picked the wrong subscription plan for a year when I wanted to do it for a month and was trying to cancel it and get my money back, and they refused to refund me for a service that I'm not going to use for a year. This is very sh..ty. I will never use them anymore. I swear I will not let this go until I get my f...ing money back

Ukraine | 27 March 2023The functionality of the site is pretty good. The customer service is awfull. I have been changed for the subscription and basically could not use purchased functionality due to Jungle Scout bug. A day after customer service fixed this bug. But when I asked about moving my subscription to the other deadline I was simply ignred by them. I asked them to add one extra day of active subscription as I did not have an opportunity to use JungleScout features due to their bug. Double ping message did not help. So, you need to understand that you as their pottential and actual customer can be ignored by support. Also, there is a chance that you will be charged for the service and will not have an opportunity to use them!
