I had an technical issue with logging into my account and I couldn’t reset my password either. The Jungle Scout support team had informed me what to do and the issue by had gotten resolved very quickly.

Maybe the best experience I ve ever had with a non face to face customer service team. Intelligent answers to the specific question at hand. Timely, courteous, fair. Bravo!

Bad. The reports do not match. On the Jungle platform our products do not load. So far it has not helped us at all.

I recently had an issue with my Jungle Scout subscription, as I accidentally signed up for the yearly plan instead of the monthly plan. I contacted customer support and was assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable representative who helped me quickly and easily switch my payment to the monthly plan. I was impressed with how easy the process was and how helpful the support team was throughout the whole experience. Overall, I highly recommend Jungle Scout and their fantastic customer support team!
