United States | 04 March 2023I was charged the annual fee but had never used the service. Tried to call to rectify the problem but couldn’t get customer support by phone. Decided to email Jungle Scout asking for a refund. They immediately refunded my money and cancelled the account that I thought I had already cancelled. Unfortunately because I couldn’t get a live person I cancelled my card to prevent any future charges but didn’t need to.

Germany | 03 March 2023Update: Der Kundenservice hat sich nun noch einmal gemeldet und eine partielle Gutschrift angeboten. Immerhin. Aber hier wurde dann die Nutzung nicht auf das 12 Monatspaket, sondern auf die Nutzung einzelner Monate heruntergebrochen, so dass von 165 $ dann nur noch 50$ blieben, da einzelne Monate teurer sind. Allerding hätte ich ja auch bei dem Preis der einzelnen Monate das Tool gar nicht genutzt. Von daher bin ich nicht zu 100% zufrieden mit der Lösung. Aber ok. Ursprüngliche Bewertung: Am Anfang war das Tool wirklich sehr gut und hilfreich. Leider laufen die Daten seit ca. 6 - 8 Wochen nicht mehr zuverlässig rein. Es ist absolut nicht zuverlässig. Soweit so gut. Aber nun sollen wir für die restliche Vertragslaufzeit, obwohl es nicht funktioniert und der JS-Support es nicht hinbekommt den kompletten Betrag zahlen. D.h. knapp 200$ in den Wind geschossen. Frechheit so etwas. Nie wieder Junglescout. Gerade in DE gibt es deutlich bessere Tools.

Posteriormente GIGI se involucro en el problema y su respuesta fue clave pues aunque yo habia comprado un Plan Suite la Aplicacion me limitaba como un Plan basico. Gigi fue muy paciente y clara. Ojala siempre me pudiera atender.
