He made the process simple and smooth. After many estimates with other options I went with Jason purely on the interaction we had. Travis was a punctual, super friendly, knowledgeable installer. He was meticulous and friendly and worked extremely fast

Carrie was superb in helping me find the right choices for various situations in my very window-y little passive solar house, both from the practical and aesthetic aspect. She is warm, fun, and has a fantastic eye. Color was a real issue as i have a lot of wood and natural clay walls so getting the whites and tans right was hard but we came up with the perfect choices, simple and beautiful and already working to keep the house cool without any air-conditioning on hot sunny days. Sam and Steven both made the measuring and installation seamless and professional. I’m also happy that there is a five year warranty and life-long service available. I have had broken blind issues in various houses and am thrilled to feel there is a partnership with this company, that they stand by their product. I will buy more shades from Stoneside and Carrie next year as budget allows to complete my windows.

I loved every single moment of my experience with Stoneside. I recently bought a beautiful townhome with more windows than I even cared to count, and the idea of figuring out how to cover them personally scared me half to death. Our designer Jason was prompt, honest, professional, ridiculously knowledgeable, AND without even being asked he assisted my fiancé and I with the task of staying on budget and choosing the most gorgeous shades for our living and bedroom. The five-star experience doesn’t stop there! Our installation technician Travis was the absolute BOMB.COM. He showed up early to every appointment, measured everything (including my fridge space, thank you!!!!) like a boss, and went entirely above and beyond to make sure our installation was perfect. Our shades are the stuff of my wildest dreams. None of this would have been possible without Jason and Travis’s help. We love Stoneside and the service they provide and would happily shout it from the rooftops!! This is more than white-glove service. This was a great experience from beginning to end. Designer Jason M came to measure and give us a quote. A second measure was scheduled after our order and we were given temporary blinds. Our blinds arrived sooner than quoted and were installed sooner than quoted. Our installer, Travis, was quick, thorough and even cleaned up the boxes and trash and took it with him! The customer service from each employee was nothing less than helpful and professional. We did get a quote from a competitor, but went with Stoneside due to the customer service and the guarantee for white glove workmanship and installation. We will be placing a second order in the near future!

We've had our automated roller shades for nearly 6 months now and we are very pleased with them. Tamara made it easy for us to choose the right materials to suit our needs without any pressure. Rusty was very patient and detailed in installing the shades especially with our very tall Windows. Customer service is excellent and we are very happy with Stoneside!

We recently used Stoneside to install two west windows in our home. The professionalism of Zee and Joe was great. Of course the product that Zee helped us choose looks wonderful, but their obvious personal care was very much appreciated.

Great company to work with! Knowledgeable and Carrie Kaiser took the time to insure I choose the appropriate blinds for the two condos where I’ve had them installed. And each installation was flawless. I highly recommend them.

I needed to be able to control the light in my art studio, as vertical blinds in this old warehouse building created a striped effect on my work. Necessary to protect the art ...and the artist, I shopped online for UV shades and found the perfect minimalist style to cover windows that are tall and wide @ 14' in height. Abby consulted and Justin measured and installed. The shades are beautiful, protective, and are solar powered and operated with a programmed handheld devise. I am sure to enjoy the clean lines and operation of these sleek contemporary shades.
