Abby was a great help selecting the shades, getting samples out and getting the order placed quickly. As always, Andrew got the installation done regardless of any challenges that came up.

Was seeking a window covering company to install almost 40 blinds in a large turn of the century house with a short turnaround. Randomly reach out to Stoneside and my sales rep, Melanie went to great lengths to accommodate my limited availability, gave great direction/suggestion and made a last minute trip out to meet with a VP to finalize the order. Joe, the installer, was incredibly quick, efficient, and pleasant to work with. All in all, my Stoneside experience exceeded my expectations-so appreciated and highly recommended.

Jon installed blinds and shades in two different rooms. He did a fantastic job. He was efficient, precise, and gave great customer service.

She did not try to hard sell us on the products and worked to understand our needs and our budget. Joshua was terrific with all the measurements and the installation. He was neat and cleaned up after the installation. Joshua ensured we were happy with the installation and completely understood how to use them. I had researched several companies and Stoneside Blinds and Shades quickly responded to my needs, I was impressed! Gabby came out on on Saturday to quick start the process. Both Gabby and Joshua were on time with all of their appointements, something we appreciate! I like the way they confirm apppointments, arrive on time, and keep us informed of delivery and installation and what to expect. The shades look great, high quality. Stoneside are true professionals. We chose the blinds and features we wanted, and they were custom made and fit perfectly to our windows. The in home consultation with Zee was great. We picked the exact material, style and color. Installation was smooth and took Joe about 30 minutes. He was great in explaining the remote to us, which raises and lowers our shades. Very satisfied with their service.

Melanie visited my home and shared her information. There was no pressure at all, and the product basically sold itself. Melanie is a professional, and she’s also kind, caring and loves her work. John did a perfect installation job, and he too takes great pride in his work and company. His efficiency and professionalism are exemplary. The people in the office are respectful and work to help the customer. All of that, and the blinds are beautiful and are of excellent quality, and affordable. Melanie was a great design consultant. Very patient and full of lots of ideas. She also had opinions on what might work well vs what might not work well. I appreciated here ability to know when to suggest something and when to listen. Joe is an expert technician. His attention to detail and respect to my home are priceless. 10 out of 10. He also spent time educating me on the product and its proper usage (things to watch out for). Give these people raises! Other companies can learn about the customer service experience of Stoneside.

Both Tamara and Rusty are knowledgeable and easy to work with~ I would most definitely use them again for shades. We had solar shades installed in our front room and black out shades in the family room/TV room and both have vastly improved our enjoyment of both spaces.

Working with Stoneside was a dream from beginning to end. My sales representative Zee was incredibly professional and wowed us all with her knowledge and design ideas to maximize the look of the shades while being conscientious of our budget. The pricing was competitive with the other quotes we got and I felt like Zee really valued our business, more so than other sales representatives from different companies. She got us the quote the day we met with her and was easily reached and incredibly responsive even after we signed the contract. She was wonderful. Our installer Jon was also fantastic. He showed up on time, worked hard and was highly professional. I can tell he has installed many blinds and shades before because of how efficient he was and how great the finished product looks. He also was very tidy and cleaned up whatever mess go along with the installation process. In fact I think he left some of our rooms cleaner than when he got there! He was very friendly and worked so hard to get everything done. I also appreciated the fact Jon did both the measurements and installation so he knew exactly what the plan was and where everything goes. I overall could not be happier with Stoneside, Zee and Jon. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Stoneside--from start to finish--was pleasant and satisfying. Abigail was efficient and clear in helping me choose blinds and Andrew, the installer, was friendly and considerate. His work was excellent and he made sure I knew how to operate the different styles of blinds and that I had no questions or concerns. He went out of his way to remove hardware used for old curtains, which wasn't technically his responsibility. Stoneside is an efficient and reliable company; I highly recommend them.

He went over the measurements thoroughly with me, explaining everything along the way. On the day of installation, he took the time to explain how the work will be done, and service provided was top notch. I would highly recommend them when you are looking for blinds & shades.
