I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Stoneside! Tamara, our designer, did a very thorough assessment of the home and gave us an in-depth explanation of our options. I love that she was very transparent about pricing and wasn't pushy or "salesy" at all. I love that Stoneside uses interior designers instead of salespeople, it really helps you decide what is best for your home, budget, etc. Our installer, Rusty, was also incredibly thorough during the measuring appointment and the installation. Both Tamara and Rusty could not have been friendlier or more pleasant to work with! Even Heidi in their business office was excellent, we had an issue with a fraud warning during billing and she handled it very efficiently and kindly. Our blinds looks great and are perfect for the home, just what we envisioned! Overall, working with Stoneside was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for new window treatments for their home or office!

Fantastic company with excellent designer Melanie LaFur and installer Joe Bach!! From start to finish a five star job. Both Melanie and Joe were very professional, on time, communicative and very helpful. The best part is that Melanie brings the samples to you so that you can look at them in your home and decide on color etc. Joe is very patient, neat and clean installation and both were very friendly and put up with my goofy dog!! I would highly recommend them and Stoneside Shades to do your job. I had high end wood blinds with ribbon tapes put in and worth every penny!!!!!! G.Borsuk

Stoneside did a great job with my shades - roman and roller. Zee Prado was so patient during the initial visit helping me figure out the best pattern. And then when I changed the order about 3 times - she was as gracious as ever. When Joe Bach measured and then installed my shades, he was very thorough in measuring - both top and bottom on each side. Then during install, helped me decide whether they should go in the back or front of the window and then trained me on the proper way to operate them. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I compared prices with Lowes and Costco and Stoneside was the best for the money.
