Joe our installer was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, he got all the blinds installed and programmed well within the time quoted, Amanda our designer did a great job helping us figure out what we needed for our conference room

My experience with Stoneside was exceptional from the designer, Jason W., who brought the appropriate samples to the design meeting and assessed the space and made great recommendations. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and knew the samples so well that the final decisions were made quickly. Additional measurement appointments were scheduled quickly and the drapery arrived a little sooner than expected. Ryan, the installer, was on time, very professional, flexible and willing to explain a great deal about the care of the fabrics. He took his time steaming the drapes and carefully folding and gathering them to create a nice drape. Ryan is careful and puts great effort into getting things just right. I have interacted with other companies who produce drapery, but this company far surpassed them on most measures.s

In February, we had Stoneside install blinds in our conference room for our many Zoom calls. Design Consultant Anna was highly professional, asking detailed questions to find the perfect stylish solution for our new office. Installation specialist Edgardo did a great job, completing the installation quickly and efficiently. After five months, we had an issue with one shade. The service center responded promptly, and Edgardo fixed it quickly under warranty at no extra cost.

Carlos was professional, helpful and did an excellent job. Anna was wonderful in helping us choose the blinds. We are very pleased with the finished product thanks to both of them.

I needed one of our blinds readjusted and reached out to Oakley Scroggin. He was more than willing to walk me through it over the phone, but I couldn't find the right settings. He generously swung by the very next day and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Super nice and helpful. These guys are the best.

The shades were delivered and installed in the time frame promised. Alan was our installation expert. He was very efficient and knowledgeable as well. He made sure everything was working properly, then explained our options for raising and lowering the shades with the remote or the wands.
