This company did not send us tickets until the day before the show, so they could hide the fact that the original tickets were 55.00 including fees. Sold us 4 tickets for over 700.00 and they claim to have low prices. This place will rip you off. Not worth it!! Especially while money is tight. Will never purchase another thing from these sharks!!!

Our ticket purchase was easy and straight forward. We even received our tickets a day early! We will use ticket stub again.

Very little comms from BigStub but Kristen at the call centre finally worked her magic and organised the release of the tickets. 🙌 ------- My tickets have still not arrived!!! Despite 'estimated date of delivery of 30th May 2023' What is going on? This is very stressful!! I have to travel from London to Manchester but do not know if I will have tickets for the event, TOMORROW. NOBODY WILL ANSWER MY emails – I’ve been writing to you @BIGSTUB for over a week now. And despite your ‘live chat’ offering me a ‘guarantee’ that the tickets will be with me, I have yet to speak to anyone. This is really not a fabulous experience!! The ticket login page states the tickets are estimated for delivery on 30th May...well, it’s now 31st May and still nothing. The concert is TOMORROW - 1st June 2023. This really is very underwhelming and quite worrying – particularly given the eye watering charges for tickets from your site.

It was very crowded but a good vibe. The biggest complaint is the parking/traffic. The concert it’s self AMAZING, as usual 🎉🤩

We didn’t get to go to the concert due to unforeseen events but the company did a great job reselling the tickets
