The process was a little nerve wracking. I ordered tickets long in advance, so they tell you they won’t actually be available to you until a few days before the show. Well the promised date came and went, then I was notified that my original tickets weren’t available. But, they offered me better seats for no extra cost. This was 2 days before the show. At that point I thought for sure I was being scammed. The man on the phone reassured me as best he could and I reluctantly agreed to the change. My tickets were sent by email and they were legit! We got in with no problem and the new seats were amazing.

Me and my friend enjoyed ourselfs but there should have been a email or something informaing us about closing the lawn part till futher notice. So we would have known ahead of time. I appreciate that yall had better and good security this time, also the medic. Because we was standing for awhile not knowing ahead time what yall had plan. It would be great to inform ahead for the elderly, children and handicapped ones.

The Website does not show you the added Service Fees until AFTER you have entered your Payment information, which is quite deceiving, in my opinion. My Total was $290 when I entered my Credit Card info then I was charged $394 after they added the Service Fees. I will not be using this site again.
