A support email to Merula resulted in a quick potential diagnosis and action to remedy the fault. This worked, and on reporting back an replacement part within 2 days. This worked. Overall, this is typicasl of the service I have always had from Merula!

United Kingdom | 07 January 2025I moved to Merula for their better spec and value OFNL services compared to the other ISP's, I received direct technical communications from Richard, the Director, who assisted me on the day of migration (day after New years!) and had me fully operational before lunchtime, (I'm a difficult customer, and IT pro who wanted additional account config to use my own router!). almost one week in, cannot fault them.

Speed tested is as promised and home network was very easy to set up. Communication has been exceptional from start to finish.

The instructions were super simple and we had the internet up and running within a few minutes of moving in. The internet service with OFNL so far is very fast and smooth. We are very impressed with Merula and would recommend 100%.

United Kingdom | 14 November 2024I do not usually write reviews however I felt that it would be genuinely unfair not to mention how amazing and patient this company has been for me. Specifically, a member of staff named Cip was the kindest and most patient person across all customer service I have ever met, ever. After arriving at my new property I found out that the previous tenants had not cancelled their internet connection meaning we were stuck without internet for an unknown period of time. After contacting Cip at Merula I understood what needed to happen, he kept persistently monitoring my situation and was available at all points (there were allot of phone calls in which he was always polite and understanding). The issue was resolved and I am massively happy with the connection speed. I have also been assured that if there are any questions or queries Merula are always available. And from my personal experience they are super fast if I was in any need of contact. I would highly recommend this company to those that prioritise a high level of customer service and an amazing connection. Thank-you Cip! I really appreciate all the hard work and time you spent to help us! (and of course all those at Merula)

Reachable quickly by phone, nice friendly support, super fast and easy set up, good & flexible broadband packages at a competitive price. I am having a very fast internet connection with them right now and no issues at all. I called on a Friday and after placing my order, they sent me the router the same day! Ciprian went above and beyond to ensure I could get connected on the Friday itself so I could use it over the weekend. I have been so impressed by their service. Other companies should take note.
