I have been a customer for over 7 years, I host my domain and email services with WebHostingWorld, however I'm tired of facing the same issues over and over again. I paid for my domain for 3 years, however every year at renewal my domain and hosting services go down because they don't auto Renew and I have to submit a ticket and wait for them to fix the problem. As I know it would happen as they sent me an email telling me that my domain was up for renewal, and I contacted them to make sure they I'm good to go, they still disable the domain and I have to come back, and ask support to enable as the service is paid for several years. This is very disappointing, I'm done, moving somewhere where they appreciate my business. Ticket No. 460572
