Been tonight for the first time, Long Eaton Nottingham,loved it, shop is well stocked, prices are amazing, daughter was really happy with the gluten free bits,three bottles of squash for£1, never known such a bargin currently sat eating rich teas 35p , haha, Shop is clean, staff are amazing, will definitely go again !! I love visiting the Leicester branch. I never know what bargains I will find until I get there so it's always a surprise visit. The shop is clean and staff very friendly.

My experience this time has been awful at the Dudley branch. I am disabled in a electric wheelchair. Therefore unable to use the trolley that is available for manuel wheelchairs. The reason why i phoned in advance two days before my visit for assistance. The manager agreed to assist me with a form of personal shopper/ helper as i knew exactly what i wanted having seen the offers on fb. However when i arrived at the store i was greeted by a very impolite manager. The two staff members i came across were very rude, obnoxious and not wanted to help in anyway. I had nobody that i could take with me hence me calling them to book a helper well in advance. I was unable to access some things or reàch the products. I relied on kindness and generosity of public to pass products to me. I had to use a basket then empty it to a trolley. I never felt so humilated, disability discriminated and race discriminated the way i was treated. They all need training in Equalities 2010 including the store manager who offered me a £15 voucher for my experience. I was there for good customer service for my shopping experience NOT vouchers. Money can't buy kindness, humanity or manners or how you have been made to feel after the way you have been treated. It costs nothing to show kindness and empathy in somebody's situation/ circumstances. The manager turned around and said the operating model has changed and we are trying to operate like Aldi- that does not mean that Aldi don't help disabled customers. If a manager agreed then surely the word should be kept no matter what and reasonable adjustments should have been provided to me as the paying customer. DO NOT ATTEND THE STORE IF YOU ARE DISABLED IN A WHEELCHAIR AND ON YOUR OWN staff are rude to you especially the managers who brief the whole staff team not to help you. NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Excellent choice, wide range of goods and great prices. The store was clean and the staff efficient and pleasant.

What an absolutely fabulous place there was lots of choice and all at very affordable prices. Everyone including other shoppers were kind and respectful helping each other reach things. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help you. I will definitely visit again to restock my fridge, freezer and cupboards. Well worth a look as there is something for everyone.

It was the first time I had ever visited and I was very happy. It was nice to finally visit and see all the different things available to customers, I found things I was looking for and more. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, it made my visit even more enjoyable and I will definitely be coming back at least once a month or so.

Love it! We got a trolley full and at such a big discount. We are a large family and fruit and vegetables go quick, we got a decent selection. Even covered dog treats, and some gluten free items. Would highly recommend if it’s something you can use. Staff where friendly and helpful too!

Me and my partner have been grocery shopping for a while now at the company shop and we are very satisfied with the quality of the products. Prices are very reasonable compared to the other supermarkets. Staff is always amazing and willing to help.
