Sometimes a bit random, but mostly great value buys. I love a Company Shop trip, and never know what I am going to come home with. I am always happy with my purchases.

Although they do not always have what I am looking for this is all part of the experience, never knowing what to expect. Having been a member for the past three years the choice of items has improved each year. I normally go mainly to get chilled ready meals for freezing and other food items. Overall I am very happy with the savings I make. Many thanks for providing a great service.

Great selection of foods from several retailers, all at fabulous prices. Refurbished store in Grimsby, looks great and feels a lot roomier. The staff in Grimsby are always very happy and keen to help.

This was my first visit so I went with an open mind, I know Company Shop sell surplus stock and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was really pleased with my visit, we got some great bargains and the staff we're really helpful when I collected my card. I'll definitely be going back

Always check your receipts before leave store I didn’t till on way home I looked and noticed I had been charged £5.00 for a small can of Heinz beans 415g so I had to drive back to St Helens store and explained what happened to Shannon on customer services no apology nothing said she just rolled her eyes at me like I was an inconvenience by going back in store. Prices aren’t as competitive either like they used to be cheaper in Sainsburys for ready meals and other items which will have a longer sell by date

Staff are really polite and go out of their way to help. The bargains are great and every time I visit I always find something I wasn’t expecting. It’s always so cheap too!

Been to Dudley afew Time now and ever time I been their the staff are rude. Try asking them help or prices on item. Jay seem to not be bothered, with headphone in ears and ignore memebrs and so spoken so rudely. AND Dawn on next level of rudeness with a tone in her voice- ask her about price on product and she said that each store arr different prices- showed her fb pic of offers. Jane the only person that seem helpful in store. Will try n avoid them.

BRADFORD FORSTER SQUARE – 03/09/2023. We were queuing for till 2 with our shopping trolley. Till 3 was closing and then few movements of staff between tills 2 and 3. We asked gentleman who came to till 3 to see if he was opening till 3 again. He confirmed yes so, we moved our trolley to till 3. Other customers also joined queue for till 3 too. We were first in queue and placed all our shopping on conveyor belt in readiness for cashier for till 3. A girl member of staff opened till 4 instead of till 3. There was a shop announcement on intercom for staff to come to till 3 whilst we were waiting so we could be served. A girl Staff came and said till 3 is closed and not opening despite intercom announcement. We explained we were told it was opening and was told by gentleman staff. We had shopping already on conveyor belt and there was lack of understanding by staff to serve us and with expectation to reload trolley and join back of queue. Really poor level of customer service and lacking in even basic customer service training. We left our shopping on conveyer belt so staff would in fact have to clear it instead opening till 3. Other customers saw this too!

Been to the middleton store today was served by maxine who is always polite and helpful. nothings to much trouble for her. also would like to mention Mel and danielle who are always helpful and will go out of there way to help. pleasure to shop there.

Prices have gradually been increasing, quality of food is poor, steaks always been grisly and chewy. Not as it used to be, Profiteering at the expense of suppliers and donators who do a good turn giving this company stock at reduced prices.

Unfortunately they got greedy and put profits before everything else. This place has been going down hill slowly since before the Covid hoax started. Used to go to the Tankersley one mainly and Middleton one on occasions but we after this final try at getting some bargains I don't think we'll bother again. Staff seems stressed and unhappy and the food is not as much of a bargain as it used to be. I used to spend about £150 there on a huge shop every 3 months for lots of meat and ready meals and kids lunch items but now it's almost impossible and you don't save much..not worth the trip. I can go to Lidl or Aldi and get fresher, cheaper produce and everything in one shop rather than pin my hopes on getting anything worth having for a decent price...the worst thing is some things cannot be frozen and have a very limited use by date and they are practically the same price as they original shop...it's ridiculous because a lot must surely go to waste which is counter intuitive. Now more than ever we need help with rising costs left right and centre but Company Shop but profits profits before their bogus claims of saving food waste. The only waste is your time and money making a visit there. Don't bother.

This place is a joke the website is showing to be open today aster Sunday,so drove all the way there to find it closed. Nothing showing on website Times for bank Holidays or any other occasions. Well team you should be helping people not making them waste fuel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HER. Go to your local food bank.

Depends what stock they have on the day but you can save money. the Grimsby store has some very rude staff one snatched an item out my hand saying it shouldnt have been on the shelf another as i approached a till she just threw a till closed sign and didnt even say sorry please use another till if they cant be nice they shouldnt do the job. apart from those staff its ok.

Don't waste your time applying for membership if you work in fast moving consumer goods, worked in this industry for 50 years as a HGV driver but say I am not eligible for membership, asked why when they are clearly advertising FMCG in their membership requirements, no reply or answer, but looking at all the bad reviews they have got off members for poor quality and over charging maybe it's a good thing I was refused, stick to Aldi and Lidl as other reviews suggest.
