Worst customer service ever! Dishonest and will never use again!

Placed an order, item was in stock, next day received an email telling me it was no longer in stock and to expect a refund, which i now have to wait 3 - 5 days to come through!! Tried to call as there was a similar hoodie without zip that i could have changed the order too! Customer service is awful!! Do they want your business or not?!?!

Delivery service is a joke even if you pay extra it never arrives on time! The first order I made I got free standard delivery which was meant to be delivered 48hrs after processed and I waited over a week and when I complained I was informed if I wanted it guaranteed by that time I had to pay delivery! So I tried again and ordered something else and paid the 48hr tracked Royal Mail and I have been waiting 5 days and still no sign of parcel! And surprise surprise there is no one to physically talk to! I have sent countless emails but have yet to receive one back! PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU HAVE A FEW WEEKS SPARE TO RECIEVE YOUR GOODS

Like many other people I ordered over a week before Christmas and selected their 48 hour delivery option but my order arrived after Christmas! Very disappointing as the present was for my nephew. I complained but got a standard response email saying that delivery is an estimated service. They couldn't even be bothered to say sorry for the delay.

Ruined my boyfriends Christmas ordered with fast delivery over a week before Christmas and the order come today 4 days after Christmas. I emailed and got no reply, shocking that they can take your money immediately but send a delivery two weeks later. I will never use this company again and advise others not to either. They don't deserve our hard earned money!!!! Christmas is a hard enough time as it is without people not even getting their orders on time for it when people haven't got a lot of money to spend in the first place.

Order a bit slow at start to get posted , but they fast tracked delivery and got it here in time for Xmas , happy enough with the service I got👍🏼👍🏼

I placed an order on the 13th December on 48 hrs delivery and sent several emais to ask where my parcel is but they have not responded at all. It is my daughter's Chritsmas present, After reading other reviews I don't have a lot hopes. Avoid this company.

Ordered on 6th December with 48 hour tracked Royal Mail delivery. I contacted them to ask where my order was and was told that it was still in warehouse and due to high surge of orders they cannot guarantee the order for Christmas. They have now blocked my daughter from Twitter as she left a bad review letting others know!!!

I would not recommend. My order did not turn up after being told it would be with me 48hrs. I can't get through to them not replying to my emails. Wanted it as a gift. Will not order again. No way of getting through to them, terrible.

1star is to much it’s shocking the lack of customer service and delivery service of this company o really wish I had have read these reviews before ordering steer clear if you need items anytime soon ordered a week ago and still not processing and had to cheek to send email stating last date for Xmas delivery is 18th of December. Shocking will never ever order again

Ordered from this company several times and surprised to see so many negative comments. All deliveries really fast as was an exchange when I needed to change to a different size. Love the clothes, especially the tracksuits - no complaints from me and will be continuing to order from them in the future

Received my items, good quality the whole order process was a little slow but got my clothes just in time for Christmas all good

Ordered items on Thursday night at 9pm with 48hr tracked delivery. Its now Thursday 1.05pm and still nothing. Emailed them and they not replyed. Says my item still awaiting dispatch. Joke company. Was for my birthday off my partner witch was Wednesday nice one!!!

Placed an order with this company and items didn't arrive. I emailed and contacted the company on facebook messenger and they did get back to me to inform me that my items were still awaiting dispatch 10 days after ordering and would be fast tracked and processed immediately. Next, I received money back into my PayPal account with no explanstion whatsoever. I looked into my order history and an item I ordered was no longer in stock. I was refunded with no explanation. When the rest of the order arrived the items were well packed and great quality. Overall really bad delivery times and not great communication.

Placed an order on the 28th November. Goods didn’t arrive until exactly 2 weeks later. Very poor communication. would not use again.

Terrible customer relations. Delaying delivery and won't refund money. Product still not received. Beware

Absolutely abysmal service. Placed 2 Orders in the 2nd December payment taken payment for 48hr delivery still nothing 10 Days later I have sent 4 emails not had a single reply they have basically taken my money and I have received nothing. I would never recommend anyone use this site absolutel sham of an operation

Ordered a coat for my son on the 1st December, paid for 48hr delivery & now 11th December & it still hasn't been dispatched. Emailed them after a week & they blamed it on black Friday & was told 48hr delivery only starts when royal mail recieve it not when you place the order. Wont be shopping here again.

STAY AWAY.!!!!! Don’t order from here if you expect to get your items within 2 weeks.! I ordered a coat on the 2nd of December which I have still not had a dispatch notice and it is now the 10th. All they could tell me if that it’s being processed through the warehouse and we do not know when it will be delivered. Customer service is shocking! I will not be using this company again I will go straight to the manufacturer!

Would give zero if i could! Ordered a Tshirt on the 30th November, paid £4.99 for 48hr delivery. No communication since. Chased them and was told it was due to 'black friday' i pointed out Black Friday was 3 weeks ago, No reply since! Will have to take up from Paypal to try and get my money back. My order was a Christmas gift. Thanks for nothing!
