Really bad company AVOID!! ordered 1 week ago no communication no item and cant get a response to emails or telephone calls, taking up with Pay Pal to get my money back I ordered off her 2 Christmas's ago and again never received my items so gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again but NO again no order Do not order from here its best to pay that bit extra from a reputable company!!!!

Yup same problems here over a week waiting still nothing. Bad bad bad...

A week after ordering and no delivery. Requested a refund which was given however no apology or reason for the inability to complete a simple transaction. Avoid!!

After chasing my overdue order last week, chased again today & just received an out of "out of stock refund given" email, the customer service is not existent & if you do actually want to receive any goods I would definitely think carefully before using this company, especially for Christmas gifts, if I had'nt chased my order would they have ever refunded or let me know, I very much doubt it...

-I highly recommend you shop elsewhere -They don't meet their delivery time scale as stated on your website. -They are advertising and taking payments for goods they don't have in stock. -I am left with no goods except paying for delivery charges after placing 3 orders.

I ordered on black Friday and my order came within a week, everything came as ordered no issues, great service.

I cant rate urban celeb enough ive ordered many of times and have never had a problem always on time and always perfectly packaged. Items fit well and are great quality . Ive been shopping here for over a year now and ive never had a problem.

Awful company and customer service make no effort to resolve problems. Thank goodness for PayPal otherwise I would be out of pocket without any product dispatched. Do not use this company.

Placed order for a new winter coat at 6:15pm on Thursday (paying just short of £6.00 for guaranteed next day shipping if ordered before 9pm) and received the order by 12pm the following day. Had I noticed these poor reviews before placing the order I wouldn’t have touched this business which is a great shame now knowing the first experience I have had with them. Impeccable service.

Really bad waited 2 weeks for my clothes and kept being told that it was on its way, DON’T order off them they don’t care

Been waiting over a week for my item to be dispatched, I have contacted them numerous times to be told in snotty emails it's being worked through there warehouse and they basically don't care, they can't even cancel the order and just told me to return it if I don't want it anymore

States if order now and will be dispatch within 48hrs. Then estimated delivery was 2-3 days, its been over a week now and still no delivery. When contacted they said if u want faster service pay premium delivery lol well then don't state order now and be dispatched within 48hrs as you buy a item as its a lie and their estimated delivery time is a lie. Very disappointed as I like the clothes they list

Seriously embarrassing!! Took 2 weeks to arrive after numerous emails asking where it is. The clothes were really bad fit. The size I wear in every brand, was like trying on children's clothes. Send back. 2 weeks later an email was received saying my money will 10 days. Then when it FINALLY arrived to my account, £4 was taken off! Even tho the returns was due to the clothes being an error on their part, I was still charged!! So from the date of purchase to the date I had my 'partial' refund, it was nearly 6 weeks! Absolutely embarrassing service!! AVOID!!!

Pity we don't look here everytime we order on line. Cheaper than elsewhere on the net for a t shirt even with the £5 48 hr delivery which I wanted for my birthday . However a week later still no t shirt and no response to my email. Paid through Amazon which I must say they are quick to take your money and that's about it........... I will go through Amazon and see what they say. Pay that bit extra from a reputable store and you'll get it on time. Never again.

AVOID If i could give urban celebrity 0 stars l would, I paid for 48hr delivery 8 days on the item still has not been posted, I've emailed twice and the response was poor and still no indication of when my order will be dispatched, I asked to cancel my order but was told as the order is with the warehouse the order can not be cancelled, if it's with the warehouse then why haven't they posted it, I was told 4 days ago it was with the warehouse, LIES,LIES,LIES.

Ordered a t shirt. Took over a week before it was dispatched. Paid for 48 hour delivery but whats the point if they dont send it to royal mail for a week. Best avoid them and shop elsewhere. Customer service are of no use. Response email implies if i wanted it earlier i should have ordered next day delivery but whats the point if they dont dispatch it from thier warehouse for a week? Delivery charge is a joke. Company is a joke.

Avoid urban celebrity, they are totally unhelpful and rude. Placed an item for two items they Only sent one item, when I contacted them they made the excuse that I hadn’t contacted them Within two days of receiving delivery. This is a lie because as soon as I opened the parcel I sent them an email informing them of the missing item and they didn’t get in touch with me for over a week and they are refusing to refund. Every time I enquire about a refund they flatly refuse. I have had to get my bank involved now and they will be taking all the money back from them. I advise anyone who has had an issue with them please contact your bank as this company will not offer you a refund and will keep the goods and your money

Got my order on time , love the tracksuit cant complain!
