Ordered a pair of sinners attire jeans at a a great price and they turned up the next day. Purchased some more jeans and waiting for them to arrive tomorrow. Will definitely use again.

Ordered some Puma Tsugi trainers at 6:30 pm Thursday & was wearing them at breakfast the next morning, perfect fit. Service doesn't get better than that. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the courier walking up the path. Many thanks

I have ordered a tracksuit from this website and they have took the money from my bank account and sent a purchase confirmation but 3 days later and still no email confirming it being dispatched even though it should be delivered by now, ALSO on their website it mentions free UK delivery on all orders over £40 and the tracksuit is £90 yet i still got charged 3.95?

Orderd some clothes for my husband for Christmas, 10 days latter and I did not receive the clothes, 4 messages and 3 tweets and no one got back to me . I had to impulse buy on Christmas Eve . They finally got back to me 3 days after Christmas to inform me they didn’t have them in stock, after telling them it’s not acceptable as it was for a present they replied with “sorry you feel that way we can offer you a refund” awful customer service

The clothes are ok, although in that price range you may expect something slightly better, but the delivery experience is a nightmare. Over a week to deliver, couple of weeks to process a return (which can only be dropped off at Asda, making it a serious inconvenience in its own right). Ultimately, I don't think I'll shop at Urban Celebrity again - far too much headache. I can get the same clothing with much better delivery experience from other retailers.

Won't be using again as they don't offer free return policy like most decent shops do.

Delivery arrived ok. When we needed to change for a different size though we waited three weeks for the item to get back to us. Only use this company if you are 100 percent what size you need

Always have had a good experience

Ordered a pair of jeans, sceptical as to whether they would arrive or not. Fortunately they did in very quick time too, I tried them on even though upon opening I realised what I had ordered wasn't exactly what I was looking for, they fitted lovely but the style was not me. It was also evident someone else had worn these jeans as I found 5 euros in the pocket and there were black stains on the inside of the jean. I returned the jeans the next day and received an email a few days later to say my return was being processed. A few days after that I received a lengthy email saying that I would not be receiving a refund because I had removed the tags (which is completely false, I knew they weren't my style straight away and tried them on purely to see the fit as I intended to order another pair in a different style and colour after receiving my refund) and the jeans had been worn and "bobbled at the waist band". This company is an outright joke and I wish I would have listened to reviews and never ordered because I have now lost £65. Avoid.

Ordered a T-Shirt that for some reason took 10 days to arrive. Even though the P&P cost was higher than elsewhere. When I sent hack to get a refund they only refunded me partially! Have tried several times to get in touch and have had no response. Will be avoiding like the plague in future!
