I was told when scheduling workers they would show up between 2pm-5pm. I have confirmation of text messages. Workers did not show until 7pm, 2 hours after the expected window time, the storage I was taking my items to closed at 9pm so I only had the workers for a short time. This is by no means the fault of the workers as they did what they can do in the short amount of time. This is all on poor scheduling. If your workers are stuck on a job it’s the responsibility of the office to contact the customer to discuss rescheduling, but when I communicated this to the office they said I should have called to reschedule. Why should your customer reschedule, when they don’t know the schedule of the workers. When the workers arrived they looked exhausted. I had to assist where I can to help move things faster and safer as I didn’t want my personal items to break if they dropped anything due to exhaustions. Scheduling needs to be better. 1 star due to poor scheduling and lack of communication from the front office not because of the workers. Workers did what the could do.

JFK Moving was phenomenal! From the very beginning they were able to give us a solid quote, had the availability, & everything else was straightforward. Movers got to our storage unit right on schedule & were able to quickly get everything into their truck & over to our new home. Our movers were extremely friendly & we had absolutely no issues. Would HIGHLY recommend!

JFK is a great moving company. They were the only movers willing to do a same complex apartment to apartment move in my area (Antelope Valley portion of Los Angeles County). The movers, Anush and Sheik, arrived on time and quickly got to work. They expediently packed, hand-trucked, and transferred my household goods from my second floor unit to my new first floor unit. They even disassembled my bed and deftly reassembled it in the new unit. Anush and Sheik were responsive to my directions of item placement and were professional the entire duration of the move. I will gladly entrust my next move to JFK if given the opportunity.

They were incredibly efficient, friendly and treated my belongings with great care . I will use them again and definitely recommend them to everyone who needs good movers.

Movers showed up when scheduled and were ready to go. They asked questions and listened to the answers. It was a team effort and we made a great team. It was our first time using movers and I don’t think I’d ever do it another way now. On top of being efficient at their jobs, they were all nice guys. Hasan is a very good communicator— and a neat human.

The move went well... no mishaps. However, one of the workers appeared to be a trainee and needed a lot of guidance and worked slow. He was also on his phone a lot. My husband had to help them on the move out and then my husband, daughter and myself helped unload when we arrived at the new apartment. We had to do this in order to expedite the move and speed up the pace being that the move had already taken too long. Bob was amazing. He was professional and efficient, but he needed a more efficient second guy.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! Worse Service I’ve ever received… image paying a deposit and hiring movers for a 3 hour time slot from 2pm-5pm and them not even show up to do the move at all… not only that but when I try to call to get an update on times they’re very uncommunicative, when I asked to get a refund for the deposit I paid, they wouldn’t give me that back either. If I could give half a star or no stars at all I would; so if you’re looking for them to move your stuff be very careful because they were very unprofessional with the way they do business.

Requested a detail list of what the charges would be for the price I was quoted. Never received the list. Company came to house to pick up items to move up to northern ca in a large moving truck, company was aware of all items to be moved as I sent pictures to them, they left around 9:00 am, they arrived in northern ca at 9:00 pm, in an entirely different vehicle (Jeep Waggoneer). Was not happy with this, felt I had been taken advantage of, asked to talk with owner by phone, which I did, expressed my dissatisfaction and didn't feel I should have been charged so much, he said you signed a contract you don't pay I'll take you to court, I did pay because I did sign a contract, I don't think I should have been bullied like that, and he kept saying you "Americans", so there you go. Then the owner had the nerve to call the sheriff dept. in northern ca that his driver was not being paid, and a unit was dispatched out, while the driver was on his way out with payment in full. I could go on and on, but I hope all who reads this review thinks twice about using this company. I would not recommend this company at all. If I could take the star away I would.

This is the third time I have used them moving. They are always on time and quick to get everything boxed up and in the truck. In both of the last 2 cases we moved in entire house for under $1000. They are my go to company.
