Very poor , the movers , they’re so kind , I couldn’t blame them coz I think you need to add more staff , imagine my frustrations , 2 movers very slow , they don’t know how to manage carrying my stuffs, it took us 13 hrs to finish , yes the stairs in park view were to many , but I used your company last 2/25/2024 , the black guy movers was fast but the old guy was slow but please don’t blame your movers last 8/5/2024 because I suggest u need to provide more movers in cases like this thank you , I’m so disappointed, I could have paid less if they’re fast and know how to manage to carry and put my things together on the truck . I even recommended you before last 10/2023 and my friend geraldine used your company then I used it again 2/2024 and 8/2024 but now , I’m not satisfied coz I paid a lot even though lhet u gave me 2 hrs discount not enough … I will not use ur movers anymore

JFK Moving was fast, efficient and courteous. I was moving from a storage unit to an apartment on the last day of the month and needed to be out of my storage by a certain time in order to not incur any additional charges. Even with having to adjust our start time slightly, we were done in about 2.5 hours total and everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with the service and the follow up I received.

The movers dismounted 2 TVs, a headboard and moved all our furniture and boxes from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom in 3 hours. Communication was great.

Horrible experience dryer was not hooked up correctly had to call the gas company out cost me $60 for the part that the movers broke and labor. The mover Sal has an attitude and has no customer service none whatsoever will never deal with JFK movers again. I would call and was told several times that I would be receiving a call back nobody ever called me back

Save yourself the headache. We believed the hype and good reviews as moving is already stressful as it is but we’ve had issues since the day of them arriving. Upon the reassembly of our patio chair, it was broken by the movers. I had to contact them 3 separate times before I received a response. The associate I spoke to reasoned it because of their busy schedule but that is a daily occurrence for everyone and is inexcusable. They advised they would attempt to repair the piece themselves and pickup was finally arranged. It has now been well over a week since my patio furniture was taken and I’ve received no updates. In total, I’m still dealing with this company three weeks after our original move in date. I rarely write negative reviews but I’m hoping this helps someone avoid hiring this company. Go another route.

Came on time and the work was done fast and was a good job

They were punctual, worked efficiently as a team, and completed everything in four hours. I had JFK unload a moving truck and put the items in storage. There was various staging of the items as I wanted some items to go here and some items to go there. Oscar listened and honored my requests. He also does an amazing stacking/placement job of placing the items in the storage unit. I will definitely use JFK again!
