Very fast and helpful support team

I have taken many paid commercial and "free" commercial DNA Ancestry tests and have paid much money to these tests. Both of my parents are not certain what their ethnic backgrounds are, so I took a few DNA ancestry tests to find out where I am from. Well, major surprise! After 3 paid commercial tests, I got varied results and more confusion, as to where I am from. Then, I saw Sequencing.com's website, offering a simple upload of prior saliva DNA sample and an under 12$ DNA ethnicity analysis. Wow! I am impressed! The DNA ancestry/ethnicity results are much more detailed and accurate than all of the DNA tests I have paid for thus far. I cannot believe this test can trace ethnicities under .5%, but it does. Fascinating, to learn a little about different cultural areas, regions, and countries represented in me, also. Thank you Sequencing.com, for helping my super very mixed ethnicity self to find more about myself. I am not being paid for this review. I am reporting the most amazing, detailed, accurate DNA ancestry ethnicity test on the market currently. All the best to a great company, with great customer support too. Great help and service related to undelivered kits (2 out of 3 kits that I ordered; 1 already arrived)

The sequencing.com platform is great, excellent choices of included apps in the membership and a vast array of other apps to buy. Only disappointment was the amount of incomplete genetic data from my ultimate DNA kit did not answer the question I was seeking an answer to. This is a limitation of the smaller amount of data that is generated from this test, and thanks to COVID supply chain problems I cannot currently buy the Ultimate Genome Sequencing kit in my country. But I am hoping the supply chains are back to normal soon.

Thanks for quickly sorting out my ULTIMATE-COMPATIBILITY file. Whole Genome Sequencing is great but the files can be enormous. This much smaller text file makes it easy to transfer basic DNA information to GEDmatch, MyHeritage or FamilyTreeDNA.

Had a question about shipping taking longer then 3 weeks to arrive at labs. I was ensured it had arrived

I have very serious life-threatening symptoms which I'm desperate to try and find out what's causing it. Every day is like living on a knife-edge. I waited 5 months and still haven't received the results. I then made a complaint, a few weeks after I was then told my sample wasn't good enough and another kit would be sent out to start the whole process again! Not surprisingly I asked for a refund and have now gone with another company who are already offering a much more efficient service.

I requested support for shipping instructions for different shipping providers - dhl, ups and fedex. The support person was quick, very patient, provided all relevant information and when needed would contact his manager if he doesn't have the requested information. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had a unforeseeable issue when my kit arrived. I emailed support and within a day he had fixed the problem. Great communication, patience and teamwork.

Although the price for a whole genome sequenced is steep , sequencing.com makes up for it with it's offering of a myriad of apps , all free with your included membership. The big data file is securely and perpetually stored on their server free for life and they even can share all those Gigabytes of DNA data with any service under the sun! You get your money's worth.
