New Zealand | 16 July 2024Actual order placed 22/3/2023 but couldn't backdate that far). I decided to order my first pair of Moodles when their ads came up on Facebook after I'd googled slippers! My old cheap ones were had it and I wanted real sheepskin ones. I ordered the peacock Moodles, knowing that there might be a wait of around 2 weeks if my size weren't already pre-made and in stock (this was disclosed on the website at the time). They took just over 2 weeks and they were very much worth the wait. So much so, that my husband started wearing them a few months later, so I had to order myself another pair (unfortunately that colour had sold out so I got some Grey Tea ones). Both pairs are still going strong, they have worn in well. The soles are tough and good for a bit of outside use (eg taking bin out to the kerb). I will definitely reorder when I do need another pair.

New Zealand | 16 July 2024I have made 3 purchases from Furmoo and love each and every item. I have a hand bag that I have used daily since I bought it a year ago and it still looks like new. I get a lot of compliments on it too. I have cow hide cushion covers that are on my every day use couch that still look great. My first purchase 2 years ago was a pair of slippers. They are warm and comfortable. I take them with me when I travel and my overseas friends have seen them and bought some too. I love Furmoo!

It was delivered quite quickly as it was already in stock, so I didn't have to wait long to see what my mystery item was. This was my second Furmoo purchase and I will be buying more. Always upfront about shipping times as some products are preorder and can take 20 business days to ship - but man are they worth the wait! New Zealand | 16 July 2024I have been a customer of furmoo for many years. I own 4 cushion covers, 2 bags and a pair of slippers. I have previously gifted others baby booties, slippers & coin purses as I liked the company profile & how they advertise their team & chat on facebook. My cushions are lovely but I personally find, the slipper soles uncomfortably hard so never worn and when I had a laptop bag delivered with very obvious hair loss at the base, seam & stitching I found the team & manager very unprofessional in their replies via email. I understand hides have some hair loss but this was unacceptable for the bag price & it made me lose faith in the company as they didnt stand up to their values, I had to send multiple emails back & forth with different photos which then was escalated to the manager who made me feel unreasonable for not being happy with the product. It was eventually replaced but with a struggle to get it so. I have not purchased since & am at times disappointed to see the comments written on fb by the manager blaming customers who are unhappy or have any comments they dislike instead of owning their errors & correcting them. I am only commenting because I see they have requested 'honest' reviews on here & to date, this is my honest review. 01/08/2024 I see furmoos reply below but see no need to be making contact as stated above the bag was replaced and I am happy with the same. It was the way I was made to 'feel' and treated at the time that was uncomfortable and has put me off for future purchases. I hope the company can take things like this on board to make future things positive for customers x
