I ordered three gorgeous bags as gifts for three different family members who do not live near each other. I just got one care card for all the bags (that I love by the way). I asked if two more could be sent out but was told no, only one per order. This would have been fine if the bags were all for me or just one person. I offered to pay for the postage to have the cards sent. It cost me another $9.99 to have them sent! I would have just photocopied them but it would have looked tacky when I had spent good money (yes they were on sale which is why I could get three) on a classy product. Shame about the customer service.

Purchased the large wallet….some weeks later the dome on the outside change pocket came loose so the wallet couldn’t be closed. The lining on the change pocket came undone so coins could just fall through into the body of the wallet….Contacted furmoo who sent a courier bag for me to return it to them….several weeks later I was told it was going to be repaired. Several more weeks passed and when I contacted furmoo again they came back to me and said they would replace the wallet. Very pleased with communication and response….however the wallet they sent me as a replacement has done the same thing as the first one did….love the wallet….love the communication, however really disappointing quality 🙁

Today I met pockets, she is gorgeous. She meets all my expectations, sadly she is also going to be the envy of my other bags. .......opps 😬 they'll get over it 🙄  eventually 🤣 they all get a turn to go out!   Thank you for allowing me to indicate what type of cow hide i prefer as well. Please direct me to how I review online as maybe its a senior brain day, but I can't find it. Many thanks to you all !    Keep up the furmoo work!

Ordered 3rd Aug, bag didnt arrive untill 24th Oct it was not shipped within their 14-21 day garantee, their customer service is useless with complaint resolution replies with xx on emails which i find extremely unprofessional, the bag i ordered is not the same colour as what i recieved it shouldve been light tan and white not dark brown, its cheaply made and definitely not worth the money i payed for it i hightly doubt its genuine leather, I will be reporting them to the consumers authority. Im pissed, avoid this company at all costs.

I have three Furmoo bags now and cannot fault the craftsmanship of them. Friendly customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend. An amazing array of products - there's something for everyone.

The bag arrived and absolutely stunk of some sort of synthetic yet the company claimed the bags were made of leather , no the bag was a fake leather look and def not leather .After emailing and trying to get hold of someone i got a run around, all sorts of excuses and a fake address to send the return to and a invalid phone number to call !On further investigation this company has changed names several times and has alot of bad reviews. I finally got a refund after saying I would take further action if they wouldn't refund me. Would not recommend

Yep they even sell slippers and so much more! I just found out my sunglasses needed the most lush sheepskin lined pocket to be stored in..who knew?
