Items arrived within 3 days of the order, wrapped in soft paper to protect the slipper and the hide on the wallet and bag, and the items have absolutely exceeded my expectations. My first ever Furmoo bag was gifted to me and it still looks as beautiful as the day I got it 3 years on, and my new items are definitely living upto the same expectations. I have got a few of my friends into these products as well and they also love them. I will return to make another purchase!

Bought multiple items all good quality. I had one problem with a tassel on a bag coming apart and a replacement one arrived within a week. Travel bag has been many flights as hand luggage. And the slippers I loved so much I bought for my Mun and Dad (dad has circulation problems and these keep his feet nice and warm) slippers are 3 years old now and still really fluffy.
