I love my "Beam me up!" watch. It gives me joy and makes me smile each time I look at it. The main reason is Xavier Broche's inspiration behind the design. I couldn't have said it better myself. Secondly, I like the idea of knowing the time of the day approximately. In this day and age we see precision and numbers everywhere. This watch and the other designs, are so much more than that. The first person I contacted via email, assumed that I didn't know how automatic watches work, when I told her that mine is faulty. Then when I returned it, I received an email asking why am I returning it, come on, you guys must liaise with one another. Then when all the confusion was sorted out, they're refunding me when I wanted to exchange it for a working watch. Not great guys, it just takes clear concise communication and no patronising or condescending responses.

First, I am a huge fan of your unique watches and feel MJW watches really done stand out from the rest. However I found my purchase of the Ophelia design disappointing firstly when the watch arrived (excellent shipping by the way) my first impressions was how much darker it was compared to the photo online and hard to read in dimmer light. Secondly the watch strap starting coming apart with just a few weeks of wear and if I wish to continue wearing it I have to replace the strap.

Excellent, fun watches and at a great price. Shipment was slightly delayed due to the popularity of the sale but my enquiry was responded to swiftly and politely.
