Quick delivery, excellent customer service and email response along the way

Oversold a watch during the summer sale and it just so happened to be discontinued after I bought it. I got my order shipped email before the email that told me the watch was oversold, so I was a bit crushed by that. My order was offered a refund other or I could swap for another model. Asked about my options for an exchange and they told me "You are welcome to exchange for any other watch in our collection". When I asked for a different watch, they first told me they would "update your order and have it sent out today". They send me an email 5 minutes later asking me to cover the price difference as the watch was 50 pounds more than my original. Feel like that should have been clarified in earlier emails when I specifically asked for my options. Anyway, they responded quick so that's good, and the watches look really nice (was targeting my original watch for 3+ years), but disappointed with the organization of the business; the entire situation and getting my hopes up of acquiring one of my dream watches could have been avoided.

I received the wrong item, a much cheaper item than what I had bought. Still in the return process, have not yet received the actual item I paid for.

When i had some questions regarding shipping of my watches MJW support responded to my questions sent via e-mail in less than 15 minutes, which in my books is an impressive reaction time. Shipping outside UK arrived in less than 4 work days. Watches looks more stunning in real life than on the pictures on website.

The watch arrived not working, and this was my husband’s anniversary present. I’ve sent it back for repair, but what an embarrassing hassle. No present for my husband, and now I’m just waiting and I had to package it up and drive to the FedEx store 20 minutes away.

We are located in the US ( Washington State) and my Son discovered your watches watching a YouTube video and fell in love with the watch. Last August, his father took him to London for a family trip. We looked up your store location, prior to him leaving, so by the off chance he can visit the shop. He did just that and was prepared to buy the watch with his hard earned savings, but unfortunately, you were out of the band watch combination he wanted. Fast forward to the holidays, and I choose to purchase it for a birthday/Christmas gift. Since then, he wears the watch with so much care and pride, matching it with just the right outfits to show off the uniqueness of the watch. He loves it! I have always been a fan. I have 3 of them in my collection and have offered my partner one too. It's a watch that will never not invite conversation and a design that's never not fun to look at. I came in because my Robotto comes in a black case, and I wasn't getting as much use as I had hoped. You kindly swapped it out for a silver case and new silver mesh strap. It's now hard not to wear it everyday - that's how much I love it. What makes it special is how MJW helps to customise so that these unique pieces can become even more so. It's perfect. Thank you

Another lovely and cool watch from Mr Jones (my fourth). Only slight shortcoming is the strap - length is fine, but it wears a bit short as the keepers are fixed.
