Mr Jones Watches are art and humour wrapped around a piece of horological emotional engineering which you can wear everywhere. Loved the KHAOSIFY, ordered two ... one for me, one for the wife, but only one arrived. A quick email to the support team and the second one arrived a few days later. So my compliments to the customer service team as I know that things do go wrong, and what really matters is how you put them right.

At XRAWatches we like our watches a little different from the Norm, so when MR Jones' 12 hour sale of "Khaosify" with artwork by Mr Phil pinged up on our phone, we had to have it! A quartz watch with a twist, the time is revealed by characters incorporated in the design, rotating around the dial, held aloft by unseen forces! A piece of artwork for your wrist that also tells you the time. Comes packaged in a nice box with artwork sleeve and a card with info about the artist and design.

The designs are so quiirky and brilliant. I opted for the Sun and Moon and enjoyed the choice of strap. Delivery was fast and the item packed as you would expect - with quality and esign at the fore (and no plastic - win, win, win) Very happy with the watch

When the watch arrived it was set at the incorrect time ,by one hour.Not wanting to do something wrong I contacted your good selves for advice, and had an immediate reply, offering advice and an apology all in a very friendly manner.The packaging was very impressive too.

Overall experience wasn't fantastic at first. Watch arrived after 3 weeks (limited edition Khaodify) hands weren't aligned correctly and the sleeve/box were damaged. Liaised with the team via email and sent the watch back as soon as I was able. They worked very quickly to correct the issue with the watch and returned it, working correctly. However sleeve and box hadn't been replaced. Again emailed the team with my concerns and complaints and they once again quickly came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with. MJW are a fantastic team and if it wasn't for the minor set back I'd grant 5* on my overall- however 5* for their customer service

First Mr Jones Watches watch and certainly won’t be my last - great to see a company making watches fun! I ideally wanted it for the weekend and got it well before that with next day delivery which was perfect. I know it is just a basic 1 jewel quartz movement but it is Swiss which is a lot better than an equivalently priced quartz watch from Timex for example. I notice they do offer Swiss automatics in some models too. Size wise I love 37mm I have 7.5 wrist so I can wear bigger but I like this size and even with the lugs where they are it feels at most 38mm. The watch I bought was the M1 which is a fantastic design and really fun but super minimal. I have seen the videos of how meticulously they put these together and it really shows when you get one, the finish is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery. Watch is just as described and I love it. Quirky and funny but keeps very good time. Classy packaging so would be great as a gift too.

I was told the item had shipped, when in fact it was still in for engraving, with a shipping label pre-emptively produced. This led to me waiting in on a couple of occasions for a watch that hadn't left them. So beware of that, shipped doesn't necessarily mean shipped. However, when the watch arrived it was beautiful, fun, comfortable and well made. Would much rather wait for quality product made by people who clearly love their craft, than a bit of tat on next day delivery - the grumble was temporary, but I'll get to enjoy for this watch for many years to come. Highly recommend.
