Although the courier didn't deliver the parcel next day as it should, Mr Jones Watches customer service was excellent in tracking what had happened and keeping me informed. I only wish some other companies customer service was as helpful. I will certainly be keeping a watchful eye on any other new designs I can purchase in the future.

Having purchased a number of watches from Mr Jones Watches, I'm happy to say that on every occasion the service has been impeccable. Super fast delivery and great communication. The pieces themselves are minuture, functional works of art, each one flawlessly designed by both up and coming and established modern artists. Whilst not being Rolex, AP or Patek, Mr Jones watches are still very much investment pieces and in time will grow in value due to being their own unique snapshot of their time. Similar to early Swatch watches, the pieces I own are cleverly designed and integrate the technical aspect of the movement into the watches facial design. I liked the dial and the strap. It’s a fun watch and despite me jones popularity I still get random people asking me about the watch brand. Overall it was a positive experience. I wish the dial finish would have been a bit better and the cover over the bezel could have slight better quality.
