This was my first purchase from Mr Jones Watches, and I was unsure what to expect. Use of the website was easy, with no problems during my purchase. Dispatch time was much faster than I expected, which is always good, and tracking information was provided (and worked). I ordered "Sun and Moon", which was presented in what can only be described as the most beautiful box I have ever seen. I genuinely felt bad removing the watch from the box and putting it in my watch box. The watch itself is stunning, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with it. It took a little bit of time to get used to reading it (as the face is not conventional), but that's all part of the fun. That and, oddly, it has made me better at timekeeping. I can look at the face for the minutes past the hour, and instinctively know what the hour is. I will have a hard time preventing myself from making more purchases in the future. I highly recommend!

The watch itself is fantastic! It's a great and fun piece in my collection. Shipping was very quick and surprisingly inexpensive as well. I added a customization which was done exactly like how the preview looked, so it turned out awesome. The quality of the watch feels great, even the box it came in looks amazing! Hi everyone I‘m incredibly happy with my watch, I bought the “beam me up” as my first proper wristwatch and I love it. I can say nothing about the quality of the watchband because I chose an elastic one and changed it once it arrived but the original one looked pretty sturdy. I really couldn’t be happier with the overall experience as well, I live in Germany and the ordering /shipping process was no problem whatsoever and the customer service is great, I exchanged a few emails with them and I got fast, helpful and very friendly responses. I don’t know anything about watches so the only thing I can comment on is that, after 4 month of use, it still tells the time and the design is absolutely beautiful to look at. I got a personal engraving on the back and the quality looks great as well.
