The whole experience, took it into the shop as a repair was needed. Staff in the shop took a look and recommended getting a repair. Sent away to customer service and they updated me throughout. Excellent

The packaging and the box the watches come in are really impressive and gives the buyer the impression that they are truly buying a unique and premium product at albeit a very reasonable price. Mr Jones watches website is a well constructed and easy to use site, I particularly liked how easy it was to get the watch engraved. I would recommend Mr Jones watches as a great gift idea

I sent three watches in broken, got back three fixed watches, at a price similar to what it'd be at a local place, and with a lot of very responsive care and communication. What's not to like?

I bought a watch as a gift and was concerned it would take forever to be shipped overseas. I was pleasantly surprised that it shipped within 24 hours, even with an engraving! It was received 4 days after ordering and looking exactly as advertised. I'm sure my husband is going to love it... especially since he asked for it specifically.

I bought a watch and asked for engraving as a gift for my future husband for our wedding day. I emailed as I was a bit worried about the time as I had requested an engraving and it literally couldn't have come any quicker. Shannon was so amazing so thank you so much to her!! The wrong watch information pamphlet was sent with the watch. You sent the Ascent, whereas I had ordered the Crane. My husband ended up going online to see how the Crane worked, but also saw the price of the watch, which I didn't want him to see.
