When the courier lost a parcel and with Christmas Day rapidly approaching, the people at Mr Jones Watches managed to resolve the issue, engrave a new watch and dispatch it within a couple of hours. This was no issue for them, it was business as usual. Come for designs, stay for the slick operation.

Great company to deal with. Got The Promise of Happiness delivered, beautiful packaging and dial for the price but somehow it didn't click with me so with a heavy heart returned it. Return process a cinch with great comms. Will visiting the Central London shop on my next visit there.

I wanted a mr jones watch for years and followed the business on social media for ages. My wife bought me a ‘perfectly useless afternoon’ for Christmas 2 years ago. I wear the watch every day and love that it’s a conversation starter. I had some issues with it losing time a couple weeks ago and the hour hand not being in sync. I contacted the customer support team and they were great. I sent my watch back to be fixed. They were so quick and even fixed my watch for free when it was outside of the year warranty. The service has made me a loyal customer! I may be tempted with ‘enjoy the ride’ in the future
