Easy to order and arrived quick. Fantastic looking watch. I opted for the Night Howl, an amazing looking design. I could not bring myself to throw away the box or sleeve which really gave the watch itself a punch. The booklet explaining the evolution of the design was a nice touch also. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a time piece that is not your boring standard watch design.

Amazing! I ordered a watch for my partner expecting delivery to take a while as I live in Australia, and it came so fast I was shocked! The packaging was very secure and sleek, I am so excited for him to open it on Christmas day.

The watches are very good and pretty, unfortunately I had a bad experience with the shipment since DHL charged me customs taxes in order to deliver the product to me. From what I was told, you have to ask the seller beforehand to find out if they will absorb it or if I have to pay it as a customer. I bought the watches on sale on Black Friday, but in taxes I paid practically what I saved.

I have bought several watches from Mr. Jones Watches and they are all things of beauty. They are time telling Art. For me the pleasure of ownership is not just the end product, it is not just that they have been hand made, but how they have been made, the effort, the design, the manufacturing processes involved, the idea that real people have done all of this and in a small company in London. That is what I marvel at. Only people who love what they do, can do this...

The delivery speed was great again, but I must say the watch itself is not perfect. The mechanism showing the minutes is not well made and where it should be transparent has some markings, making it look low quality. I bought another model a year ago and was perfect, this time was not.

The watch could've had a second hand instead of just the minute and hour hand. Then we would actually see movement of the art. That would've been better for a watch at this price. The delivery was fast. Watch was a little smaller than I thought.

my watch had some minor issue setting (as things can happen with mechanical watches). From the moment I contacted them to let them know about the issue, they were soooo wonderful, helpful and friendly with their customer service. They expedited the shipping, and even replaced the watch. I figured it’d get put on the bench, and with some slight adjustment or so, it’d be fixed, but figured that’d take some time to queue up at the very least...but no, they sent a brand new replacement. really great communication at every step, and I got my replacement way faster than I could have ever expected. This is my 2nd Mr Jones Watch purchase, and I'll be back for my third and more I'm sure. A huge fan of the watches, and now even more of a fan of the company and people who are Mr. Jones Watches. Also got a Christmas card delivered the same day from them with everyone's signature and all the doggie's paw prints, with a discount towards next purchase....how totally awesome!!!!!!! can't rave and praise enough.
