Quality: Wonderful. The watch feels great and well put together. The dial colors are vibrant. Everything is good. Service: Excellent. My order was somehow initially flagged as fraudulent. The MJW team reached out to me, was very responsive and polite, and helped resolve the issue quickly. Shipping: 5 out of 5. The watch arrived in Christmas packaging, from London to Los Angeles, via FedEx Next Day Air. The watch arrived in perfect condition. The team went above and beyond for me! I had purchased a watch for my partner for Christmas as he had his eye on it for a long time. I was nervous about the watch selling out so I purchased it straight away to avoid disappointment. Despite this being my own decision, the team generously gave me a voucher to supplement the difference between the price I paid, and the Black Friday price. Good product and delivery

I love my Mr Jones watch (Blueberry Late!). Everything was in good working order, great quality and it was delivered within the timeframe stated. Would I buy again? Yes, I already have ( A perfectly useless morning) in the Black Friday sale that is due to open to the general public. Keep checking the website for the opening because the discount on some of the watches is really high. Unfortunately, my Blueberry Late! is £115.00 cheaper in the sale but hey ho how was I to know. Ooh, I did a rhyme.

Checkout was a breeze, shipping was fast and cleared customs quickly, and the products are fun and of a good quality.

The page was quick and clear. They sent notifications of all discounts and watches that i could be interested. The prices are fair and the shipment quick. The WATCH arrive safe and in excellent conditions. Finally the designs are awesome.

I ordered and paid for a watch through their website and shortly after, received an email from “Amelia” telling me that if I did not send her a copy of my driver license, credit card, and a utility bill with my address on it, she would cancel my order. I assumed this was a phishing email and reported it. Apparently not, since they did cancel my order. Still waiting on a refund, so I disputed the charge.

I bought the silent thief watch in April this year and I swap it around with a couple of other watches. In October I noticed that it was not keeping time. I contacted MJW where I was dealt with with super efficiently and to an extremely high standard. I sent my watch back and they fixed it within a couple of days. MJW even sent the watch back to me at a time that suited me. So yes I had an issue with my watch, that was a minor incovience, but the way that my issue was handled I have to say I would give 12 out of 10 for it. Thank you very much for your prompt and excellent service!!!

I ordered the watch to be delivered to Prague while I was on a trip and requested a personalized engraving. After placing the order, I was concerned they wouldn’t have enough time to send it with the engraving (I placed the order on Thursday and was leaving on Monday). I immediately sent them an email suggesting I might need to change the address, but they assured me they would expedite the shipping and told me not to worry. They indeed sent the watch on the same day, even though I asked them to modify the engraving text after placing the order, and it arrived on time!
