DO NOT ORDER Customer service is absolutely joke, i payed for next day delivery and my parcel is not with me after 4 days still. Contacted customer service no apologies nothing not even offered refund on delivery just saying wait for it. I had to ask to refund my delivery money. Absolutely joke this company is don't order from them if anything will go wrong they will not care at all.

My delivery arrived beautiful gift, but the box was slightly damaged, after getting in touch, I got a reply very quickly and was sent a new box, customer service was amazing

I had a very positive experience purchasing a personalised backpack. I received regular updates regarding my order, received the order itself in very good time considering it was a customised item and was shocked at how good the quality is considering the price! I’ll definitely be purchasing from My 1st Years again.

I should have listened to all the most recent reviews. Do not waste your money on this company. The customer service is appalling. I was sent damaged goods and proved this by providing photo the customer service was absolutely terrible and the way they dealt with the situation was so wrong. You should not be able to send out damaged goods especially when your customers are paying £30 for one item!

Wonderful customer service! I had to contact them the day after my order to correct an error I had made. The response from Dorota in their Customer Service Department was swift and efficent, resolving my issue immediately. I have purchased from them previously and the item was of high quality and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Do not waste your time or money. I ordered two water bottles and they came in poor condition. I emailed and replacement ones were sent out to me. Upon receiving the replacement ones they were in WORSE condition than the first set, marks all over them. Not impressed. Especially since they’re so expensive for what they are. Do not bother. It’s like they’ve given you second hand products honestly they don’t care about the condition they’ve sent your item in. Stop caring about your fancy pants boxes you put them in when you can’t send an item in good condition in the first place.

I received an item that was damaged. I contacted the company and was contacted straight away by Ewelina. She arranged an immediate replacement which was received the next day even before the original item had arrived back with them. A fantastic service and Ewelina is a credit to your business.

I was thrilled with the whole process of My first years .. the quality was outstanding .. this is my nieces 1st dolly and it was beautifully made in a beautiful box that I had personalised for a keep sake for her … i 10000% recommend this company I will def be using again .. for quality and value truly amazing .. thank you Debbie :)

I have to say even tho there is a wait time is it advised to do the experess delivery I ordered headphones for my grandson and I absolutely love these and yes it's worth the wait with in reason , I will order again but please highlight for future customers that' if they don't have express delivery they could be waiting a few weeks ,, all on all I'm giving five stars because they always replied to my messages so thankyou for that ,, and the details of the gift I have bought was fantastic 😍 thankyou 🙏🏽I'm definitely coming back for more if you want detail and gift wrapped I highly recommend

I received my 2nd order today...IT WILL BE MY LAST, disappointed in both items, too much attention is paid on the box it's packed in, more attention is needed on the item, reducing packaging would very clearly reduce postage, items grossly overpriced for what they are .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get..I.NEVER WILL ORDER AGAIN...had contact with my 1st years..NOT HELPFUL..explained why am unhappy..nothing they can do...no offer of even a partial refund..just another reason NOT TO ORDER AGAIN..I WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR IF IT WAS AVAILABLE

Absolutely useless. Placed first order and sent completely wrong product. I now have to return the item and prove I made the return. Then they will refund. The hassle due to incompetent warehouse staff. Won’t be using again. Anyone thinking of using these guys read the recent reviews first as loads of 1-3 star reviews in last few months. Wish I had looked for reviews first.

Had a problem with item not being delivered but this was down to Evri couriers who said my parcel was 'lost in transit' not My 1st Years. My e-mails were dealt with promptly by Shannon on the Management Team. I was offered a refund or a replacement order and as the fault was with the courier I opted for a refund. I have received backpacks from My 1st Years previously which I was delighted with. They make such lovely gifts. The customer service I received was excellent.
