Absolutely amazing customer service from Lawrence who sorted out my order even though it was my mistake couldn’t be more impressed

Outstanding customer service. The two back packs arrived very swiftly and are of great quality. But I had made a mistake and forgotten to add the name on one. I phoned and the agent - Dorota- quickly sorted me out and the new names back pack arrived promptly.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Ordered son’s Christmas present which has been delivered to the wrong house. Clearly this is human error from the courier but the customer support given from the team has been next to none even after providing clear proof the the item has not come to the correct address. Clearly they don’t understand the importance of the issue.

Last minute bespoke gifts ordered. Incorrect spelling on one of the items ( our fault not theirs) called customer service and they were amazing. Just wanted to say thank you! You have definitely saved Christmas

I ordered a baby Christmas PJ. The courier delivered it to the wrong address on the 11th of December. My 1st years today asked me to wait another 48h to see if the courier can find it. If they are unsuccessful, I will then have to fill a complain to be re imbursed. All I wanted was to have the Christmas PJ on time for my little one. Very very disappointed.

I have used my 1st for the past 7-8 years for beautiful personalised items for gifts and for my own daughter. This week I made a mistake and sent an order to an address my friend no longer lived at. I contacted the team via the email form at 5.30pm and had a reply at 9.33am the next morning. Aleksandra was so helpful and actually said they would replace the item for me this time and send to the new address, so grateful thank you. I will continue to support this brand and share with friends. Congratulations team on your amazing customer service.

I received a product that I was unhappy with and e mailed my first years. An agent called Lawrence was very helpful and dealt with my query very promptly and arranged a refund very quickly.

I recently ordered an elephant xylophone and due to an error on my behalf I forgot to add the name of my granddaughter to be put on it. I contacted the company and spoke to Lawrence. He was extremely helpfull and arranged for this error to be rectified. Great customer care.

Lawrence has been dealing with my gift set for my sons 1st Christmas. When the gift set arrived, I was horrified to see my sons name wasn’t on the personalised items like requested. I then spoke to Lawrence who worked miracles and sorted out this problem instantly. The new gift set was here the next day and personalised exactly how I wanted it !!! I am now thrilled with my purchase and can keep these as memories for when he is older !!

I recently had an issue with a gift I bought for a new baby , the script I chose did not work for the baby’s name so I contacted 1st years to seek a solution .. I don’t say this lightly but their service has been second to none ! Especially from Aleksandra, who not only replied so promptly but was able to remedy the problem without issue and in a professional and friendly manner.. good service is hard to come by nowadays therefore I don’t hesitate to say when someone has got it right .. I have used this company many times before and am never disappointed with quality or service and will definitely continue to use them in the future . I Ordered a little wooden drum set. When it arrived I accidentally cut what I thought was packaging but turned out to be part of the toy! I went to online chat and asked for any suggestions. The wonderful Lawrence said on this occasion they would send me a new one even though it was personalised. So unusual nowadays for a company to be so helpful. Thank you Lawrence and My first years

Amazing support from Dorota at customer service. Emailed about a missing delivery that was caused by EVRI, emailed in the morning and by the afternoon my order had been re submitted and placed on express delivery! Top class.

My daughter loves this site. She is a Nanny in London and thinks the toys are great. We have purchased one for the little boy that she works for. I purchased a caterpillar with engraving of name and it wasn’t delivered due to my number error. Tried sorting out with EVRI but unsurprisingly they just returned it. I contacted Valerie and the team and asked for them to send it back out as it was engraved. They have instead reran the order and sent express. This is absolutely super service. Thanks so much.
