United Kingdom | 08 June 2024Item arrived today and requested it to be personalised. Wanted to gift it tomorrow. The personalised vinyl has not been applied properly with any care or attention. Is bubbling and disjointed when the words join up - someone clearly isn't trained on using the vinyl machine correctly. Furthermore, the basket handle paint is done extremely poorly as is faded / blotchy. Extremely disappointed for an item I paid £35.00 for. Emailed them and they replied back with a ten pound credit voucher - what a joke! Returning for a full refund. Don't send items in poor condition!

The matter was dealt with swiftly and professionally - Aleksandra raised a new order with next day delivery at no extra cost. United Kingdom | 04 June 2024My daughter purchased a lovely mini back pack which she had personalised . Unfortunately she didn’t realise the spelling of the child’s name was with an Ie not Y . I just telephoned now and explained It was her error but all I wanted was a piece of material with the embroidered the correct spelling which I would have then sewn over the existing . They do the sewing in house I think this lack of flexibility is poor and disappointing ! Now going to get someone else to do it but obviously the thread won’t be the same .

Aleksandra organised a repeat order to be sent Next Day Delivery to ensure that a missing order (that Evri had been bouncing around for 10 days) was delivered in time for a granddaughter's birthday. Fantastic service, it turned up in time to be wrapped and delivered on the day.

United Kingdom | 04 June 2024Very poor service! I have ordered a personalised denim jacket with my grandsons name on it which arrived very uneven making it look cheap and poorly made. According to the company it was ‘intentional’.. how can it be intentional to have one of the letters sit a few millimetres lower than the rest.. Unfortunately as a result the final product does not look aesthetically pleasing to the eye due to it being uneven. I recommend ordering from Etsy Instead who also do name embroidery cheaper and the final product definitely looks better quality and aesthetically pleasing!

The after care service which Aleksandra provided was second to non. She was very prompt in her responses, after photo evidence of the missing tail was provided, My 1st Years agreed to replace it. This matter will be resolved in a couple of days with a new bunny sent out. I will definitely be using this company again based on my experience above. Thanks, Aleksandra for your help.

United Kingdom | 30 May 2024I am so upset. I entered my address correctly upon check out and for some reason the address my parcel went to had a different postcode. I have proof it's not my front door and not my road name, yet I'm being asked to phone the police to report theft and get a crime number - I wouldn't want to waste police time over a misprinted label and missing parcel. How ridiculous. Why isn't it obvious and why am I being made to feel like I've done something wrong! All I wanted was the item I ordered and now I don't have that or the £80 I spent on buying it. Totally gutted with the customer service.
