I am concerned that you are not fully security conscious. You sent me my password by email so others could have seen it. You also put the expiry date of my bank card on the receipt I received with my goods.

Excellent products, but poor service. More than once I have received a product different to that advertised on the website - the formulation has been updated but I was sent the old version, contrary to the illustration on the screen. I simply don't have the time to muck about with a complicated returns process to fix it. Such a shame as these are Dr Marilyn Glenville's products and they are of a very high quality.

I ordered from them few times. I am happy with the customer services and and the delivery. The supplements seem to be working albeit at a slow rate but then you cant expect miracles overnight

I can’t comment on product - how can you rate something that has no obvious effect? I made my purchase based on perceived quality/purity of product, which seem to be heads above the rest.

I have only had them for few days. Yet to see how effective they are.

Good service, helpful and prompt, nice products, my only negative comment is while I appreciate the products are of high quality the cost makes ongoing use prohibitive, which is a shame. The emails with product offers are good to receive. I think having a customer sign up for subscription or repeat products with regular discount would be helpful.

Items ordered arrived very quickly, as this is a new product I am unable at this point to make a review of the items

Items were shipped from the UK to me in New Zealand and arrived well packaged. I especially liked that glass containers were used instead of plastic. I was also impressed by Beth at Natural Health Practice to my queries.

The service is excellent very helpful staff. I trust Marilyn Granville having first met her 20 years ago for help with my daughters chronic fatigue.
