Previously, if an order was delayed for out-of-stock items, they would call me to let me know (giving me the opportunity to ask for urgent items to be sent separately). My last two orders have been delayed (one significantly so), but no-one bothered to contact me to advise me in either case. It doesn't have to be a phone call - an email would do (or, better still, they should update their website to show live stock data).
