i was impressed that staff from The Natural Health Practice telephoned me to say there may be a delay on part of my order and enquired how I wished to proceed. however, the order was delivered very promptly and was complete.

I love the products by a minor error occurred- my parcel could not be delivered because the company had forgotten to pay for postage. I had already paid for it in the cost. I am assuming that it was a clerical error on their part but I did have to pay £3.00 at the post office

Website difficult to understand and use when placing on order but once goes through after several attempts delivery was very prompt. I rang to query a nutrient not listed in one of the multivitamin before I purchase I was promised a call back from someone more knowledgeable but I never receive that call very disappointed with their customer service.
