We have been vacationing in Aruba for many years. We have rented cars from different companies. However, for the last 4 years, I have been using only Sunset. A comparison of service quality and prices showed that my choice was right. It is very easy to book a car online. Prices are lower than competitors, cars are in good condition. Excellent staff - young guys who will quickly serve and give useful advice. I hope this company will not disappoint me in the future.

I had a bad experience with them . Please make sure you record the entire car prior to signing and leaving . First , the blue tooth in the car for navigation purposes, is non existent. Apparently, there was a small scratch on one of the side view mirror , they charged me $200 for it . The only thing I hit was dust on the road , it truly ruined the entire experience.

Very helpful and efficient service. Sandra met me at airport to pick up car, hybrid fiat 500 very good for the mountainous roads. I rearranged an earlier drop off to get a ferry to Pico and Sandra kindly dropped me off at the port.

Je ne recommande pas Sunset car. Ils arrivent à vous faire croire que vous avez abîmé la voiture alors qu elle était clean à l intérieur et extérieur. Une voiture de 6 ans n est sûrement pas neuve surtout quand plusieurs conducteurs la conduise. Pour info J ai une vidéo où le salarié s en prend à mon compagnon. Il allait presque lui sauter dessus en hurlant, vidéo à l' appuie . Je demande des excuses et ne pas payer les soit disant réparation. A FUIR..

Aruba disappointed I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Sunset Car Rental in Aruba. It is common practice for local car rental agencies to work in partnership with third-party platforms like Expedia, Priceline, and Travelocity. These partnerships usually involve a "finders fee" agreement between the third party and the car rental companies. When I arrived at Sunset Car Rental Aruba to pick up the car, I was shocked to discover that they only accepted the insurance portion of our reservation and insisted on charging us again on-site, along with a hefty $500 deposit. If they are unwilling to honor their agreement with the third-party platform that brings them business, then they should reconsider their entire business model. This complete lack of fairness towards customers is inexcusable. I am appalled by the way Sunset Car Rental Aruba prioritizes their own financial gain over providing quality service and retaining repeat customers. As a result of this experience, I will never consider using their services again. It is evident that Sunset Car Rental is more concerned with their bottom line than with ensuring customer satisfaction. Sunset rent a car was terrific and the process seamless. We were picked up immediately on our arrival at Sunshine Coast and taken 1 minute away where got car quickly. somewhat easier than having to find car at airport suppliers. The car was spotless and in great nick - loved it - will use again and recommend highly.
