Australia | 06 December 2017Fantastic customer service. No queues to stand in, the Sunset representative met us at the ‘meetandgreet’ area just outside the airport arrival door! After we collected our luggage we rang the number provided and were able to simply walk out of the airport and collect our car. After a very quick check in we mentioned we were leaving on a cruise ship and the wonderful Sunset rep offered to pick up the rental car from our Fremantle hotel. Saving us so much time, effort and expense. What wonderful, helpful service. I wish Sunset Rentals were Australian/worldwide. Other car rentals could follow Sunset’s wonder customer service! Thanks so much Sunset for making our holiday car rental experience so enjoyable. I really recommend Sunset Car Rentals
