Helen was so pleasant & offering to help us prior to our 5 day visit , not knowing if we would book a vehicle with Sunset Rent A Car ! She along with Andrew made it a very comfortable company to deal with during our stay. Believe me , I have been & still am a professional Area / Sales Manager for major companies and I wish I could employ Helen if she was in Sydney . Ha ! Vicki, Andrew, and Helen really went out of their way to provide wonderful service. I was returning the car on a public holiday and they made time to be there early and to help me make arrangements for onward travel. They are interested in their customers as people and take the time to have conversation which included good suggestions for travelling in Australia. Rental rates are very reasonable as well.
