I love: (1) The easy and speed of communication using Whatsapp! (2) As Sunset provides an off-site service, the pick-up on arrival/collection and especially the send-back to Airport on Return was fabulous! With multiple luggage, it can be daunting for anyone to have to drag their luggage from (firstly) the car rental airport carpark lot to the Car Rental Office and (THEN) to the airport check-in counter (which sometimes means a looong distance in between). Matt was fantastic to simply drop us off at the entrance of the airport and that was the end of the car return - all done in a jiffy!

SunCarset Rent a Car staff were super friendly and very helpful. Their car was excellent. I hired an Elantra, which fit our young family of 5 and luggage. Picked up the vehicle at Mooloolaba which was handy and enjoyed easy airport drop off. What more could you ask for other than really good pricing - got that too! Thanks Sunset.

Barely 3 minutes from the terminal so very convenient location. Obviously not paying the same rent as the 'brand names' and saving is passed on to you. Car was new enough, safe, clean and comfortable with a decent stereo - appreciated when in the car a fair bit. Can't complain but can recommend.
