This Visa card that I bought won’t work for Apple Pay, which is why I bought it for my daughter’s iPhone for school lunches. When I contacted customer support, they would not refund me so that Incould re-purchase the correct one that supports Apple Pay.

Ordered a gift card @ noon and 4 hours later still waiting for it to be processed.

None of the cards that I bought had been activated with any money Also, the customer support is so slow on fixing the issue. I filed the claim and no response I needed these yesterday. Not only do zi want the 10 cards @ $250.00 each activated but I want compensation for the inconvenience you caused me yesterday. If this It’s not resolved quickly I’ll turn you into the legal authorities for theft and also the better business bureau. It’s $2500.00. This is ridiculous.

Never received my purchase

Can't use my gift card. I have tried different places and different amounts, all less than what I have on my card, but they have all been declined. Reached out about my problem and still haven't heard anything.

My gift recipient Couldn’t purchase anything he wanted with the Card.

Will never use you guys again. Recipient said they had to give personal information in order for the gift card to be released. Very disappointing.

GiftCards.com is a terrific company to work with when wanting a personalized gift card. I have been using them for Christmas gifts, birthdays, etc. They are efficient and trustworthy.

Didnt give me gift card

Horrible experience. I got the confirmation email about my order. But never received the email with my gift card details. I got another email saying its on the way. I checked my acct and it shows it's been processed and fulfilled. I chatted with support & she left the chat after having me hold over 10 minutes. I chatted again and he never responded. I left a fb message w no response. Then I got an email asking me to rate my experience and here we are. I just need the email with my order resent bc I never got it. Order is 12559427 UPDATE: FINALLY THE 3RD REP WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP ME & I GOT MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY.
