Took this insurance out when went on holiday got delayed coming back for 24 hours tried ringing on hold 5 time for hour after hour the phone went dead that's why I rang 5 times put claim in on line still not heard what's going on can not speak with anyone on phone just automated holding Poor service you pay for insurance then you can not speak to someone on phone useless

Everything seems to be easy to complete on line with now travel insurance
