The review is in fact entirely to benefit Now Travel Insurance by giving potential customer a good impression. So, since you were dishonest about it have a bad review. Your attitude towards your customers stinks! Your only interest in fleecing people of as much money as you can.

One assistant got in touch within 24 hours and the following emails have been handled by the same person. Very impressed by how Now Travel Insurance handles customer inquiries so far.

United Kingdom | 20 July 2022I made a claim last week after an accident on holiday and I’ve had no contact what so ever, I sent up a following email and still nothing. I added all my documents and photos of my injury. I brought this insurance with the belief that if a claim was made they would be able to help. Please get in contact with me ASAP before I take things further. I did not buy travel insurance to then not be insured. Update 21.07.22: They replied below but I still have not heard anything. Update 21.07.22: I have sent you all of my details via email and on the online portal last week. I have proof of email, policy and proof of you receiving my details from an email thanking me for submitting my claim online. I filled out the Accident Questionnaire and included this online and in my email. My claim number is CIC/259021. I have emailed info@csal 3 times. I have provided further information and expect to hear from you soon. Update: 22/07/22 No contact since providing further details. Will wait until early next week and if I haven’t heard anything I will be going to their insurance ombudsman. Update: 25.07.22 still no response after replying below saying they will be in contact shortly
